iOS: Transferring Game Saves

Is there any way to transfer my game saves from my iOS devices? The game I'm wanting to specifically transfer is Plants VS Zombies, from the iPad.

You would probably have to jailbreak to do this. You MIGHT be able to take backups of both and move the PvZ backup from one to another and then restore.

Hope the new mobile me will have this feature.
Sometimes I like to setup as new and just transfer my contacts and game saves would be nice instead of all or nothing.
