Snapchat seems to work with no issues. Apollo works, the only weird bug is that pictures and gifs dim when they load, brightness-wise. You can just tap on the photo/gif to make it normal again

Have you tried resetting your device? I just opened infuse on my iPad Pro 9.7 Andy it opens fine and was able to playback a file off of my NAS

When you update an app, (at least right now) you will get the spinning circle without any blue line going around the install circle.

The current Plex beta seems to be running fine on my iPad Air 2. That was the first thing that I tested.
