IOS10 for iPad mini 1??

I currently have 9.3.5 on iPad mini 1. Ive read that iOS10 would be available for it, but I get no OTA update, or iTunes update showing up?

Can anyone confirm or deny?

You apparently read inaccurate information then, iOS 10 is not available for the 1st gen iPad mini. iOS 9.3.5 is the end of the line for all A5 based devices.

I guess thats what I get for not visiting more than one googled web page to verify. iOS10 guide.com shows iPad mini on the list. OH well

I think Apple originally accidentally stated the iPad 2 and first gen mini would get iOS 10, but quickly changed that.
