iPhone ios13.3 & iphone7 + Safari

downloaded the ios13.3 last night

this am, while visiting weatherUnderground.com i noticed a new strange:
The web address field was strobing blinking rapid like.
Must be how i was holding the phone but must be a new fabulous feature.

all bets are that ios13.3 works very well in the lab

Or your Safari cache is the issue and want to go into advanced setting web data

Maybe Safari is warning the site has security issue. Are you using a good Adblock extension? Anything else.

And no I don't think it's an issue with iOS latest version.

never saw it before and have had an iPhone for a while.
it started just after i loaded ios 13.3

Have you tried any basic troubleshooting? Force quit safari, tried with or without content blockers, device restarted etc?

Does it happen elsewhere?
