As per title, i've just upgraded to iOS 18 and i'm not able to find the "beam" adjustment when the torch is on. I can increase or decrease the light intensity as with iOS17, but not the light beam.

Per my understanding this feature was available on all models with dynamic island, reading on Reddit seems it's available on iPhone 15 PLUS (correct me if i'm wrong), which is exactly the same as the 15, what am i missing?

Just tried it on my 14 Pro Max and I can adjust both the brightness and width of the beam. I push forward and back to adjust brightness and side to side to control beam

I can confirm that it works fine on my iPhone 15. Have you tried restarting or force restarting your iPhone after the installation?

Yes, restarted and force restarted, no way, just up and down, not left and right.
This is the icon i get, in your case are you able to see any slider laft-right, top-down or is the same as me?

I have it exactly the same as yours and I thought it was its normal behaviour. I can only move it up and down and the the light intensity also proportionally increases/decreases the spread of the light beam, if it makes sense.

That confirms me that on iPhone non PRO the light beam is not supported.
The behaviour should be as per this youtube video:

So this is a feature just for PROs models

Seems like it, but I don’t really mind, as I cannot think of a single real life situation I would find changing the width of the light beam (coming from a phone) useful.

Don't know, but i think that this feature should have been advertised differently, not with this statement:

"Available on all models with dynamic island"
