Greetings, I just bought my first AirPods Pro gen 3....and since their Find My is not working with iOS 18, I was forced to upgrade to iOS26, now it works and my phone is completely sluggishly slow due to all the animations even when I reduced transparency etc etc. But that is not my main issue. Since I hadn't watch either, I haven't really been using the Fitness app before, and I was wondering if its possible to transfer some data (like swimming distance) from the Health app to it, because it shows 0 while it works fine in Health distance measurements. Is it possible? Does anyone know?

(Also alternatively any suggestions to speed up iOS 26 more via switching something off or doing something to make it more smooth experience? I am still on iPhone 12 Pro since until now it was perfectly fine experience and I had no need to upgrade... now I feel like being forced by apple to upgrade to 16/17 Pro just to accommodate the increase in SW bloatware via improving the HW....)

Thanks in advance!

iPhone, Settings, [tap your name], iCloud, see all, ensure Health is turned on, they should then talk to each other.

^this, but don't think this will work for OP as they seem to want to push data from Health to Fitness.

As far as I know, Health is just a data hub. If an app wants to get data from it, the app needs to request access to read/write the data categories. In OP's case, on my phone it only shows Shortcuts requesting read access to "swim distance". No Fitness.

And pretty sure Fitness is one way, to Health, and nothing in it to import/request data from other sources.

Thanks for suggestions, indeed it seems like one way street without the possibility to push. Thanks!

Fitness app shows ONLY items tracked by Apple devices.

Health app is where all the data is "Stored," whether from Fitness app or other sources. So what you're seeing is expected.
