iOS26 Photos App Collections Questions

So overall I like the changes to the photo app , and like the addition of library(Camera Roll) , but the collections portion is missing a key feature unless I don’t know where to look , you have the option to reorder collection but not remove/hide

I’d personally like to remove everything in red , I guess slight oversight for Apple ?

I agree. The best I can do is put things in the order that works for me. I seem to recall we used to be able to remove specific Collections, like the ones you circled above. Am I wrong? I hate clutter.

Correct...in iOS18 we could Customise and Re-order...this is a bad regression.

Agreed. I would like the option to hide/remove and not just collapse the collection.

Thinking about a bit more and comparing my iOS18 phone with my iOS26 phone, overall I prefer iOS26.

Re-ordering to put the unwanted ones at the bottom is good enough for me and I prefer the iOS26 overall.
