iOS4 and iCloud Mail setup.

I'm trying to setup just the iCloud mail on an old iPhone 3G with 4.2.1 but I got Password is incorrect.

Following this instructions do nothing.

Working great on Lion Mail and iPad.

Any Help? Thanks.
