After searching several sites I don't see any INFO on iOS4 Update for the iPad. Does anyone know any news/info/rumors/ on iOS4 for the iPad?

Not sure where you searched, because it's "fall 2010"... and was stated clearly by Apple, and all over the place. no more specific date than that.
