I'm planning on wiping clean my iPhone and would like to preserve my App screens and folders. Where is this information stored in the iTunes library?

To be clear, I don't want to restore from a backup. I'm looking to install iOS on a clean slate and then just restore the order of apps on screens and within their folders.

I've done some research and it appears that iTunes does not store iPhone information such as sync'd apps and their location on pages. That seems to be stored only on the iPhone.

That said, my request looks to be impossible. Instead, I think I'm going to do screen captures of each page so that when I do a clean install, I can follow those screen caps to organize my apps again.
