iOS4 will be available at what time?

Does anyone know from past software updates when iOS4 will be avalable tomorrow?Also, is it OTA or do we have to plug into iTunes?

you will have to plug in to itunes. Nobody knows what time, but you can bet this site will report it as soon as it happens.

If I remember correctly, 2.0 was at like 8 in the morning. 3.0 may have been at night, I'm not sure. So this time, we have no idea.
