I've had GM installed on my phone, tried to update, says it's got the current version on it. I guess we're good to go?

The file size is the exact same, so I'm assuming no changes unless otherwise pointed out.

The GM and official release are exactly the same. If you restore, you're doing just that, restoring your phone. GM = official.
