iOS5 Jailbreak problem

Well, installing the Jailbreak (redsn0w) went well enough and i can browse and download from cydia, but even apps that i've checked work on ios5 wont work for me, for example: biteSMS wont open, it does for a second, then closes, so i downloaded iFile after googling i use it to solve the problem but then biteSMS doesnt appear in the locations it's meant to, var/library or whatever, so i downloaded mobile terminal, i downloaded a version off cydia and it does the same as biteSMS, i read 520-1 works on iOS5 but it isnt on cydia, can anyone help

what version of BiteSMS are you trying?

well i havnt jailbroke my iOS 5 yet but from everthing i read its a BETA version of Bite thats currenty working on iOS 5 i dont believe the on listed in cydia is the beta

Beta 6.0.9 is out.... that works on iOS 5
