iOS6 'High Volume' warning

Just noticed an odd occurrence on the volume overlay whilst using the YouTube app.
As you can see when turning the volume up, it colours the bar and replaces 'headphones' with 'high volume'.
Anyone else noticed this?

I believe this is a legal requirement in certain countries/regions.
