I have a problem with HP Color LaserJet M251n
it used to work perfectly with my iPhone4, 5 and iPad using airprint;
since I upgraded my mobile devices to iOS7 - none, zero, zilch
my mobile devices always tell me - no printer found;
have tried to reset the network settings; restarted the router, airport extreme, printer - no success whatsoever? :confused:
ANY help would really be appreciated
Cheers,
Thomas

Strange. I assume the printer has a valid IP address on your network and other devices can print to it? And your mobile devices have valid IP addresses on the same network? If so, does an app like HP ePrint find the printer?

Here's a link to HP's troubleshooting guide but I don't see much beyond what you've already done.

Sorry for nothing but questions.

Thank you for your reply - you're right, I've tried all the suggestions - even the one from the support document from HP - nothing working;
I'll guess I will get hold of such a LANTRONIX thing; it's a shame though because with iOS 6.x everything went smooth and was working just fine.
Greetings from Austria,
Thomas

Try this: Get Print Magic from the app store. Run it and go to settings. I can't remember if I had to do a search for printers or if they showed after you first hit settings. It did work and found my 2 printers. Good luck.

Dear Kurios,
I'll definitely give that a try. Will let you know if it worked.

Great! Glad it worked for you. I couldn't find the answer on the net or with in forums, so I was lucky to find Print Magic in the App Store.
