Is there any exclusive feature like siri for new 5S or 5C. I currently have 3GS and considering to upgrade to iPhone 5 instead of 5S or 5C if there its not losing on any features (I don't think the fingerprint sensor is a must have right now)

On the 5C, no. The 5S has the new motion sensor which health apps will use, and 120fps video recording.

Pretty sure apps can already do that though, can they? Seems like this motion processor just makes it easier.

Well you'd have to buy an iPhone 5 from a 3rd party since apple is discontinuing it.

The iPhone 5 is discontinued, only 4S, 5c, and 5S.

Is iphone 5 still available at Bestbuy and other places? It looks better than 5c, at least it has color matching front. I'm considering either going for 5S but in the absence of exclusive feature (and useful like siri, maps), will go with 5 if its cheaper. Would like to check 5C in person though.

The iPhone 5 is on sale until the new phones are released. The 4S is 0 dollars, so iPhone 5 may cost more.

The 5c does have a couple of specs better than the 5--slightly bigger battery and front camera. I'd definitely go with the 5 if it's cheaper, though.
