AaronMT macrumors regular Original poster Sep 10, 2013 #1 Is anyone seeing this? I am using the iOS7 GM seed. I am using an iPad 3 WiFi model. It can take up to 10 seconds for a wallpaper to react to a press on the thumbnail. I'm not sure how Apple is considering to ship this in this state.

You both can't be right. Click to expand... Hmm. It is transparent in that I can visibly see icons behind Control Center and Notification Center, but it is not blurring as my iPhone 5 does.
