IOS7 not available

IOS7 not available to me I guess. Just checked and my IP5 says I have the latest software which is 6.1.4. I rebooted my phone and it still wont let me upgrade...any ideas?

Mine does say available in iTunes but not on the phone or iPad.
And when I click Upgrade it says I need to download iTunes 11.05 even though I have 11.05 installed.

Can anyone help? 😱

Edit: I have a 2011 15" MBP and an iPad 2 and iPhone 5.

You need 11.1 as far as I am aware.

You need iTunes 11.1. You can download it directly from Apple's website.

Kept checking back and now it is available. I am presently downloading...fingers crossed

I noticed 11.1 on the front page. This fixed my problem.

Apple's servers are garbage. They shouldn't release updates to the whole damn world at roughly the same time if they can't handle the load. It really pisses me off. 😡
iTunes says 30+ hours to download and I have a 50mbps connection.
