I'm one of those five people world wide that really like the look of iOS7.
Judging from the latest beta, iOS 7 seems to run really good on the iPhone 4S.

Suppose I upgrade to iOS7 from the moment it's released : no doubt it will run perfectly, but what about apps ? Will all my apps be ready for iOS 7 ?
It's not just a question of 'will iOS 7 run on my phone', but how long will I have to wait until ALL my apps run as they're supposed to ?

There is no latest beta - the GM is the final release and is the same as what the public will get next week.

In terms of your apps - that depends on the developers. Some are quick and will have already submitted their updates, some are more lazy and take their time.
