iOS8/iPhone 5s Gets Stuck in "Landscape"

Has anyone else had the problem of the phone getting stuck in landscape mode on various apps, and not being able to orient it back to portrait?

I finally have to go back to the home screen in portrait, and lock it there to restore sanity.

iPhone 5 here, and yes I have had this happen to me many times already. Thanks for the topic, confirms that I am not just imagining this!

Me too. I facetimed my wife on my 5S, and her image, and the facetime controls, all appeared upside down. After a couple of minutes it finally corrected itself.

There seems to be a problem with reading the gyroscope.
