iPhone iOS9 Update may went wrong?

Hi guys!

I installed ios9 on my iphone 6 2hours ago... I didn't make a fresh install!

After the update I closed all apps and restarted my iphone - after the restart the apps I closed were open again and again, after every restart!

Is this kind of new feature or did go something wrong?

Please help!

Can you shut down completely and then try?

i closed every app, shut down my iphone and after 5min i powered it on again... still the same! =/

Just because the app is in the multitasking switcher doesn't mean it is "open."

but there are always the same apps (even if i didn't use them)... so you have it like me?
