iOS9 Upgrade not showing

I have an iPad Air 2 and I don't see any notifications of the iOS9 upgrade today either when I connect to iTunes or look at the system upgrades available in the iPad Settings app. Any one else have the same problem? (I did not upgrade to 8.4.1 -- is that a problem?)

Upgrade not showing on my iPad Air 2 also. I did not upgrade to 8.4.1 so I have the same problem.

I just discovered the error. When I plugged in my iPad Air 2 into iTunes, the upgrade notice still says 8.4.1. But then I clicked on the Upgrade button, it said it as ready to upgrade my iPad to 9.0! Seems the iTunes people forgot to modify the upgrade notice...
