iOS's iCloud app for server?

I'll be happy if you have any suggestions to how to make iCloud app to "see" server files which shared by file sharing.

Can you give me more details? I didn't saw any place in which I can enable WebDAV in iCloud app

On the OS X Server in the Sharing Pane you need to enable WebDav protocol share for the folder.
