iOttie iTap wireless for iPhone X - bad experience

I’ve got the new iTap wireless from iOtti and I must say that this is a recommended product.
First of all it charge the phone really slow (3% in 40 Min) and also it’s get hot after 20 min of use sometimes and just stop charging the phone - I can tell you that this not the mount you want to spend your money on .

Is that a trick question? People normlly recommend things they like.

Just for the record (and the reason this thread caught my eye) I have the iottie “easy one touch 4 wireless car charging mount” and it’s working really well with my iPhone X in the standard Apple leather case. Love not having to mess with wires on short trips.

Obviously a typo but it does look like you recommend it. What case are you using with your X?
