IP Address issues on MBP & MB

For some reason both my MBP and MB have the same IP address. Is there any way I can change this on one of them. Each one keeps kicking the other off the internet when it logs in.

Did you manually set the IP in the 'network preferences' on the respective machines? What's your network topology? Where's your DHCP server (i.e. router, etc).

Disregard, I rebooted both the MBP and MB and they reset them selves. Thanks anyway.
