IP Troubles

I have a problem with accessing your site sometimes. It says IP bloked but if I am using the same computer on the same network a different day it works perfectly why is this???

hhmm...strange. Im not that network savvy, but I can hazard a guess.

Do you have cable internet or something which has a dynamic IP address? Or DHCP license?
