IP4 compatiblity with IP3 speakers and headsets?

Does the Iphone 4 work with all Iphone 3 speakers (i.e. clockradios, headsets, etc...) and carchargers or are all of these peripheral devices uncompatible?

I can for sure say that I have a Philips DC320 clock radio that I bought to work with my iPhone 3G, silly me for thinking that Apple would allow the iPhone 4 to work with it. It says this device is not supported!! So I am not sure what speaker docks, clock radios, etc.. will work with iPhone 4. So basically the best advice anytime a new iPhone come out, plan on buying a new speaker dock/clock radio. It sucks!!!

Works fine with my iHome clock radio. Just needed to buy the iP4 Universal Dock Adapter.
