IP4 Web clips (homepage bookmarks) not working

I received my new phone this morning, did the usual setup, everything is fine......except my bookmarks that I have saved to the homescreen dont work.

I have tried creating new ones, and they dont work either, they blink, and safari never opens....anyone else?

I moved one from one page to another, then rebooted, and now they all work. Case closed!

Webclips workaround on Jailbreak !!

I'm on 4.3.2 iphone4 Pwned - webclips stopped working suddenly - don't know why. Anyway tried this ; booted in to safe mode added a webclip from BBC iPlayer and Google+, worked fine ! Did a respring back to 'normal' and it has stuck
Will not let me add to homescreen in jailbreak state though - any ideas ?!?!
