iPad 1 3.2.2 jailbreak or update and wait?

I got a clearance 32gb first gen from verizon store. it came with 3.2.2. Should I jailbreak it or update to the latest and wait for a JB?

What would you do?

NEVER update to an unjailbroken firmware if you plan to jb.
the 3.22 is jailbreakable now, who knows when 4.3.1 will be.

I updated to 4.3.1 before PwnageTool and Redsn0w were updated. 3.2.2 is too outdated.

redsn0w on there now, works great (and easy).

It's great dev team was first on the scene this time unlike 4.1 limera1n and 4.2.1 greenpois0n (still used on my i4)
