iPad 1 or iPad 2?

Did not see a thread on this so do you have the iPad 1 or iPad 2? I have iPad 1 and am satisfied! The 2 was not a big enough upgrade for me.

As my sig says, I have an iPad 1. Like you I didn't feel like the iPad 2 was enough of an improvement to warrant the investment.

Had the IPad 1 gave to my wife bought IPad 2 on launch day, will be upgrading to IPad 3 when released.

I had an iPad 1, and found it perfectly fine until I installed (legally) iOS5 on it. I found the extra snappiness of the newer hardware enough to entice me to upgrade

I also found video playback a lot better on the iPad 2 as well

For most things though, business related apps, I found the iPad 1 perfectly adequate.

I have an iPad 1, and I didn't think that there was a compelling reason to upgrade to an iPad 2. But if I didn't have an iPad, I wouldn't even think about buying the first one. I'm still happy with the iPad 1 though.

I bought a wifi iPad 2 today to mess about with as the gf took my 3G iPad 1 on a trip a couple of days ago. I have to say, I didn't think I would be, but I've been blown away by how much easier this is to hold and the general performance of it, it really feels like a vast improvement.

It doesn't feel slippy like the first does when held in one hand, and it doesn't feel nearly as weighty. I don't know whether that's down to the reduced girth or not, but it feels much more comfortable to hold overall.

I'm very impressed, going to go back and grab the 3G model tomorrow and punt the iPad 1.

Well in our house we have 2 Ipad 1's and 2 Ipad 2's
Wondering if we can get some sort of mounting system to put them into wall boxes or something now lol.
On the up side, gee, the kids are quiet now...
