iPad 2 as secondary monitor?

Hey everyone...
I have an old iPad 2, and I'm wondering if there's any good way to connect it to a 2017 5K iMac (Mojave) as a secondary monitor or Loupedeck-type device? I spend most of my time in the Adobe Creative suite. Barring that, any other uses for this jurassic tablet?

You can try touch-portal is loupedeck style controls that you can install in a spare iPad/iPhone and use as a sidekick control.
