iPad Ipad 2 auto downloaded ios 8.2 ?

So this morning I notice a notification in settings and see that ios 8.2 is downloaded an ready to install on my ipad 2 .
I didn't download it as don't want my ipad to be one even slower than it is.
Can I get rid of the download ?
