My present to my wife this year is an iPad Air. She has an iPad 2, and I backed it up to put all of her stuff on her iPad Air. When I put my information in, it says it has no backups. I was wondering why its doing it. I may have to call AppleCare on Saturday if its not resolved. I know its probably a small thing I am doing wrong. So if anyone has had the same problem or insight I would appreciate it.
