Ipad 2 Brightness/Contrast/Saturatuin Issue - Please Help :)

For some reason the display shows me very strange colors, something that until now i never saw

I tried to change the brightness settings , returning the auto and left it on manually and nothing helped

When I tried to photograph the Hayfd by Home button + click on shutdown - I transfer the pictures to the computer and as soon as I passed I saw the picture was good .
So I decided to take the iPhone and take the pictures of the iPad above.

i just bought it two weeks ago.

i may try the flux
