I've been on CL with my iPad 2. I've received a few offers at $250. That's for a 16 gb black wifi only, no case. I haven't pulled the trigger on that, as I'd like to get a bit more and I'm not in any rush. Just a data point for you

Amazon will buy it in exchange for a gift card. If you buy a lot from them, it might worth it to you.

Sold my iPad 2 with no case, 16gb Black Wifi for $397 on eBay last week. I'm pretty good at selling stuff though. I'd say the average selling price is about $315

Thats crazy, why would anyone want to buy used Ipad 2 at that price $20 lower than brand new. At $320 should already be hard enough and thats the case if you still have 6+ months on warranty. You must be really really good at selling.

Selling on eBay is about emotion. And so many people out there equate iPad = $500. So they see a clean iPad on eBay for 3-something and believe they got a steal

16 gb ipad 2's are going for around $300-$350 on eBay. It all depends on what's included, condition, etc. Craigslist is such a hassle now. It's all a bunch of scammers, low ballers, and people who won't show up when they say they will.

I've had excellent luck with Craigslist. I guess it just depends where you live. Of course, you have to ignore the scammers but they are honestly easy to spot.

I think you could get $325 easily and I wouldn't settle for less.

thanks everyone for your help. just looking to get enough to cover my wifes mini, so looks like its possible.
