Apple has released guided video tours of some of the features of the iPad 2. They did this last year for the iPad and appeared to have updated it for the iPad 2 (at least the new stuff).

You've got to love lines like, "You'll feeling like you're holding the web in the palm of your hand." Whatever their creatives get paid isn't enough.:D

Isn't that what they said with the iPhone years ago...? ;)

Does the girl narrating the Maps video (iMovie too) sound like Drew Barrymore to anyone else?

    Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8C148 Safari/6533.18.5)

This is not helping my black/white decision process. Think I'll just end up flipping a coin.

These videos just made me savor the white even more. One thing Apple does quite well is polish their videos which in turn makes the wait even worse...

Well atleast on the safari video when he changed tabs the page didn't reload, and he had 8 open i think, or quite a few.

It's really hard to tell on video's but i swear screen black levels look a little better too.

I see they show off the Smart cover in the Safari one, it seems to fold back nicely.

Watching the iPod tour put any doubts I had about the White iPad to rest. Ironically, I'm drawn to it because it reminds me of the old iPods with its white front and silver back. Light colored UIs and webpages with light backgrounds look great with the white bezel.

    iMovie

Apologies if this has been mentioned before (did a quick search and could not find an answer)

Listening to the iMovie guided tour, the lady mentions that the app is Universal, and you only need to download it once for it to work on iPad, iPhone, iPod etc. As i already have the app on my iPhone, does this mean I can just re-download it for free on my iPad 2? I was not sure if it only applied to the "new" iMovie?

    Roll on March 25th!

Yeah. They'll most likely release a new version/update to the iMovie app and you will be able to download it to your iDevices (such as the ipad2)
