True. The iPad 2 has 9 times the graphics of the iPad 1/iP4, while the iPhone 4S has 7 times the graphics of the iPad 1/iP4.


+The iPad has a bigger screen so it's way better for gaming than the iPhone. Although it doesn't have a retina display (yet).
