I got there at 3:00, picked up iPad at 6:00. Thought the staff were great and it was all very civilised!

That might have had something to do with the police and the security there. There was a guy that wanted to jump the queue and the security was like 'No!' he couldnt even join the end of the line because at around 5.20pm they were told by Apple staff not to let anyone join.

Thankfully I reserved mine at the 3 store so got it from there, hope everyone got what they wanted
