It's so ugly

The white band on the back for 3G is so ugly! Hope this isn't true..

Hmmm

Camera not centered (that or the clock isn't centered). I think it looks nice, I'm down to buy. :apple:

Looks semi believable but it's not running iOS. At least not in its current form. Check out the status bar.

The text also looks wrong, and there is no "iPad" in the top left. Also, the screen looks crooked. Very odd.

Edit: Yeah, nomad01 is probably right. Paper insert.

Can't believe no-one's complained about the recessed head phone jack yet.

The physical appearance is fine - tablets are pretty hard to differentiate. More interested to see what hardware changes there are internally and what they manage to do with the OS. I think we are going to see a 4.4 release with some iPad specific changes and some (long overdue) improved MobileMe integration.

Apple Model A1218 is the 1st generation Apple TV.

Doesn't mean it's fake. As Engadget says:

We've looked into the digits on the back of the device and the model number is one for the original Apple TV while the FCC ID is for a WiFi-only iPad, but those could be mere placeholders on what is, once again, a mockup and not a real working tablet.

Could just be a placeholder but the real iPad 2? I'm not having it.
