I have a PowerPoint presentation that I have added to my iPad that has four different videos in it. Three of the videos play but one of them does not. The video that does not play is video #3. Please see below for full details on the videos. All videos are saved as .mp4 files.

Video 1 Video - Length: 1m24s, frame width: 1920, frame height: 1080, data rate 7052kbps, total bitrate: 7210kbps, frame rate: 29/second

Video 1 Audio - Bit rate: 157kbps, channels: 2(stereo), Audio sample rate: 48kHz

Video 2 Video - Length: 35s, frame width: 1280, frame height: 720, data rate: 15210kbps, total bitrate: 15210kbps, frame rate: 29/second

Video 2 Audio - None

Video 3 Video - Length: 1m17s, frame width: 720, frame height: 480, data rate: 2975kbps, total bitrate: 3163kbps, frame rate: 29/second

Video 3 Audio - Bit rate: 188kbps, channels: 2(stereo), Audio sample rate: 48kHz.

Video 4 - Length: 1m32s, frame width: 1280, frame height: 720, data rate: 18934kbps, total bitrate: 18934kbps, frame rate: 29/second

Video 4 - Audio - None

This was fixed by using a video converter and lowering the audio bitrate. I had to change the video output to Mpeg 4 AVC (x264), the audio output to AAC (lav) 160 bitrate, and the output format to MP4 Muxer.

Once I did that the video played in both the "Movies" app and in the PowerPoint presentation.
