I already took care of this issue by making a visit to the apple store. The screen works, you can see the black screen light up in the corners and the sounds and notifications come in but the screen failed to show output. Reason why Im asking is because I'm still in the 30 day period and can return my pad if I need to. Has anyone else's iPad had this problem?
