A while back somebody used an automobile buffer and rubbing compound and was successful. It's worth a try and the worst thing that can happen is you buff the screen to a milky haze.My iPad was a big scratch on the screen about 1.5 inches long. Is there any way I can repair it without getting a digitizer?
That is for plastics and NOT glass.something called Applesauce exists. I have never used it so I can't comment on its effectiveness but its worth a research.
That site sells it but just posted it so you could see what it looks like.
