iPad 2 slow streaming bluetooth audio sync

Is this normal that when synced to my solar sound 2 Bluetooth speaker that the streaming is slow and jerky when streaming to YouTube or netflix Ect.. It's like I have to pause it for a few seconds to let the status bar fill up. When playing without the Bluetooth I don't have this problem.

I had a slightly weak wifi signal that was being killed every time I used my bluetooth headphones. What's weird is that it didn't really show a decrease in signal, it just made everything (Netflix/web) completely choke. I changed the location of my router, and now all is good.
