iPad 2 Sounds are gone....

My iPad 2, iOS 9.2.1, has lost some sounds. No more swoosh when mail is sent, no more chime when connected to charge battery. These changes occurred upon updating to 9.2.1 I believe.

Does anyione know of a setting or a fix for this annoying problem?
