So I checked out the new iPad 2 at the Apple store yesterday and spent about 30 minutes with one. I never had an iPad 1 and had only played with it once about a year ago when it first came out and I remember it being too heavy to hold using one hand for an extended period of time.

The new iPad 2 doesn't seem to be any different. How could anyone hold that thing like a magazine for reading/consuming content for more than a few minutes without their wrists and arms getting tired? Is it assumed that all tablet users will place their tablets on their laps or on some kind of surface when you are using it? At home I don't see it being an issue where you can put your feet up on the coffee table, but let's say when you are on a subway and want to read something, you obviously have to hold it up like a book and I don't see it being too comfortable for that.

I will hang up and listen to people who actually have used the iPad to tell me how crazy I am.
