iPad Pro iPad 2020, 12.9, charging problems

I have a 2020 12.9 and I can’t get it to charge unless I restart. This is my second one...first one had same problems and they replaced it. This is crazy! I’m using the charger that came with it. Any ideas??

Yup. Had the same trouble with the first one I bought...sent in to Apple care..they replaced with a brand new one...same problem. Ug.
