iPad 3 does not remember my apn

Hi there,

I'm using the 4G new iPad here in Japan and it works great with the 3G network here. But I just can't get the tethering working.. everything I entered the APN for tethering, it will change to blank when I exit... My carrier doesn't have any restriction on tethering anyway.

Is anyone else having this problem?
