Kind of like Michigan - We have two seasons, construction (roads) and Winter. And sometimes blazing hot temps!

Being a fan of the EPL, I love the rainy season.. errr year?

Oh yeah we do! The heat with the extreme humidity was awful today. 92 with 99% humidity today up here. Nice to see another person from Michigan here :p

Back to the OP, the iPad feels kinda warm without a case on, but only if your brightness is kind of high or you're charging it and using it at the same time. When I first got mine, it felt noticeably warmer than my old original iPad. It's not "cooking eggs" hot, more like an extremely minor discomfort. If you don't like it, put a case on it (which you should do anyways).

YEAH I also feel it quite much, mostly if im loading movies and running a few apps on background

IMO is not a question of live in a warmer country/neither cold.

I bought an iPad 3 a few days ago, and yes, it is too hot for me. My iPad 2 was substantially cooler. I played some games, notably Civilization Revolution, that really makes the iPad (2 and 3) warm, and on the 3, it was way too hot. For those of you who don't think it's too hot, you probably have a ton of callouses on your hands and/or you have multiple folds of fat protecting you.

The first one I got was pretty warm when using or charging. I returned it and got the same exact one again and it seems like this one doesn't get warm or hot at all. No heat whatsoever.

Just played Real Racing HD for about a half an hour,it was slightly warm, but nothing close to being hot.
