The date for Korea hasn't been announced yet, but I can tell you that 4G is available literally everywhere you go!

does it says anywhere or does anybody know this: when will we be able to preorder (via apple store) the new iPad, for those that live in countries where it will released 23 March (eg. Portugal, Italy,etc...)? Thanks

I'd love to know that... I thought maybe pre-orders would kick off today, one week after they started in the US, as they're supposed to be here a week later... but there's nothing on the Italian Apple Store yet. Maybe Friday then? I just hope they will allow pre-orders!
