iPad iPad 3 is disabled , Connect to iTunes?

Passcode attempt to remember passcode but it's came an error passcode in a few times error then came up subject " iPad is Disabled " and
the word which saying connect to ITunes however while can't access it's turn on Wi-Fi?

Then what the next solution for anyhow ? to resolve it ?
